By downloading or using WallStudio you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Axain Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WallStudio on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

Your content

Wallpapers you generate are yours to use for personal purposes, including as device wallpaper and personal sharing. The app and its generation engine, design, and code remain the property of Axain Studios.

WallStudio Pro

WallStudio Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes ads. It is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on your devices. Purchases are final except as required by applicable law and the app store's policies.

Advertising

The free version is supported by ads. You agree not to interfere with or attempt to circumvent the app's advertising other than by purchasing Pro.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axain Studios is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
